FAQs About Our Gold Coast Cruises
What cruises do you have on offer?
We offer a wide range of cruise times all throughout the year. We have whale watching cruises where you can see whales up close, sunset cruises where you can take in the beauty of the gold coast, and private charters where you can whale watch and have a picnic, cruise along the Broadwater or enjoy an on-the-water wine tasting session. Just contact us to find out more!
What will I see on my Gold Coast Broadwater cruise?
On our whale watching tours, you will see migrating humpback whales as well as other wildlife including dolphins, sea turtles, fish and more. During a private charter, you will see the stunning Gold Coast waterways and Broadwater, the million-dollar homes of the rich & famous, the skyline of Surfers Paradise and plenty of sea life.
What is included in your Gold Coast island cruises?
For our sunset cruise, catering is included in the price, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and extra snacks can be purchased on board. For our whale watching tour, Onboard purchases are available for your convenience. For our private charters, we offer a range of options including a catering and drinks packages.
Do you do your cruises on rainy days?
Yes we do, as long as we have determined it is safe to do so. Our boat has an enclosed area that is protected from the weather, so you can stay dry while you take in the sights. If the weather is unsuitable for your cruise, we will reschedule with you or give you voucher for you to return back with us.
Where does my cruise depart from?
All of our cruises depart from the Marina Mirage at Main Beach before cruising offshore via the idyllic seaway.
How long are the cruises?
The duration of our cruises varies depending on the type of cruise you choose. Our whale watching tours are 2.5 hours, our sunset cruises are 2 hours, and our private charters can span from 1 to 12hrs, with the length being decided upon in advance.
What do I need to bring?
We recommend that you bring sun protection (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses), weatherproof jackets (for Whale Watching), and a bottle of water. If you are prone to seasickness, for Whale Watching please bring along medication or ginger capsules.
Can I bring food and drink on board?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drink on board. We do have a selection of snacks and drinks for purchase on board our cruises.
