Put simply, Yacht Management includes looking after every aspect of your vessel to ensure it maintains a perfect standard. This means you’re able to jump onboard your yacht without any hassles or drama, and you can enjoy worry free use.
At Kokomo, we plan our management under the following areas of expertise:
Engineering, Detailing, Safety Systems, Trip Planning, Crewing/Captains & Deliveries.
Engineering:
Our engineering management focuses on the mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic aspects of your vessel. Maintaining these systems is often something that is overlooked or not understood, but is the backbone & heart to each vessel on the water.
Without a proper engineering plan or correct maintenance, your vessel can become very temperamental and minor issues can become major problems between servicing schedules (or servicing schedules even missed).
Detailing:
Living on the sea, your vessel is constantly in a harsh environment (UV, salt water, bird droppings etc). Without correct detailing a yacht will deteriorate, on both the exterior and interior.
Our detailing doesn’t just keep your vessel looking in A1 condition, but the products we use protect your vessel from degrading.
Safety Systems:
Safety Systems are an extremely important feature of the Kokomo Management.
From having a Safety Management System (SMS) designed for your vessel, to ensuring the correct safety devices are onboard and in working order.
In the worst-case scenario, our safety systems could be what save your vessel, or even loved one’s lives.
Trip Planning:
Allow us to take care of the groundwork for your trips, structuring an itinerary with consideration to weather forecasts and suggesting optimal anchorages for day stops and overnight stays. During your trip we will also monitor the weather, notifying you of any suggested changes to the itinerary.

Enjoy your yacht with no limitations, we have a range of crew members who can attend to your onboard requirements.
From captains & deck crew to stewardess’ & chefs. We can vary our crew to make your time on the water extra special.
Deliveries within Australia:
Getting from A to B is a lot more complex on a yacht.
Take the worry (and sea sickness) out of getting your vessel to the required destination by allowing our experienced crew to take care of boat deliveries.
